How Scheduling Works
Urgent Appointments
If your pet has an urgent need, please call or text us at 818-400-1986. We will do our very best to help you.
Non Urgent Appointments
For non-urgent appointments, it helps us if you use the Request Appointment form as we may be with a client when you call. Using the Request Appointment form also gives us an electronic version of all your information.
Don't worry, your Request Appointment information will not fall into the proverbial black hole! We check for new Appointment Requests the first thing in the morning, during the day in-between clients and in the evening after all appointments are complete (basically every waking minute that we aren't with a client)!
The Request Appointment Form
On the Request Appointment form, we ask you to provide a Preferred Date and a Preferred Time Window as described below.
Preferred Date (required)
Enter the date that you would like to request. Once we get your request, we will review our Booking Schedule and call you back to actually schedule your preferred date, or to work with you to schedule a different date in the event that we are already booked on the date and time you requested.
Preferred Time (required)
Because we are a mobile service, we must take into account client location, as well as drive time between clients, when scheduling appointments. If possible, we try to schedule appointments that are close to one another in the same time window so we can spend less time on the road and more time with you and your pet(s)! Plus we have "around town traffic" to contend with. These things can make it challenging to guarantee an exact appointment time. That's why we ask you to pick a preferred time window rather than an exact time.
The time windows are:

Morning Appointment: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Afternoon Appointment: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Evening Appointment: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
